Cloning is basically giving birth to an "identical twin" through natural methods (in other words through a mother's womb). This has nothing to do with evolution theory, nor with the concept of a "made man".

Creating a human or other living creatures - with other words, create something that had nothing to be there - is the power of God alone. Scientific progress confirm this by showing that the creation can not be done by humans. This is stated in a verse of the Qur'an:

God Creator of heaven and earth, and if He wills (to create) something, then (enough) She just told him: "Be" And there he was. (Surat al-Baqarah, 2:117)
