Budget Recipes Location

Many years ago, a magazine called A Taste of Home used to have a recipe section called Blue Plate Specials: Meals for $1.00 or Less per Serving. Well, I imagine all the food inflation we've had since then has done away with this concept, but the recipes are still in the archives, only are now separated by categories, rather than combined into meals. You could combine budget dishes yourself to come up with your own budget meals--they may no longer be $1.00 or less per serving, but still a relative bargain on today's economy.
