One time, the Caliph Umar ibn Khattab Himsy arrival of guests from the country, one of Islam's territory. Caliph Umar with neighborly respect his guests. After a time, the Caliph Umar entered meeting with their speech. He asked about the condition of many people in there, good education, health and welfare.

After the dialogue, the Caliph Umar ibn al-Khattab told the guests that used to record and report on people less fortunate. When reading the report, the Caliph Umar suddenly looked surprised when he saw the name of Sa'id bin 'Amir on the list of the poor.

With a curious state of Caliph Umar called them and asked. ''O my guests, whomever Sa'id ibn 'Amr are you referring to?''

They replied,''He is our governor and one of the envoys who had been Commander of the Faithful diamanahi task to lead us.''

At that time, the Caliph 'Umar cried. He was not strong enough to withstand the honesty and emotion confidence emissaries. Caliph Umar was soon to give a special gift for the governor.

Reaching such a gift to Sa'id bin 'Amir, he just was not happy with getting a parcel from his superiors. What happened just the opposite. He is very worried about the exam to get material comforts.

With haste, Sa'id also share these gifts back to its people who truly need it. He did not even take a dime for her own and her family.

It was in this story contained many lessons we can learned. A great leader who has broad powers, although he has not had time to visit all of them, but he was very patient to understand the situation of its people. Needs of its people always pay attention and he immediately complied with. Not quite the opposite, very basic needs of people who omitted or less fulfilled, so that they abandon and troublesome.

Similarly, officials who given confidence task, really implement credibility. The aides did not immediately because it has the authority, then use his position to exploit everything to fulfill her desire. Appointment of officials rather than as the result of collusion, and nepotism or baksheesh. But, more based on professionalism.
